Also, doesn’t that seem kind-of… off-brand for her? Like, her bread-and-butter roles tend to be the ‘sensible and serious’ characters, not off-the-wall OTT characters. Now, Evanna Lynch could pull off Harley Quinn. But Emma Watson? Nah.

Bill was jealous of Ron

Charlie and Percy never noticed

Fred and George were in denial

Ginny was worried that Harry would fall for Ron at some point

You know lying is a criminal offense . Bill is the most attractive, then Charlie ,Fred and George are the handsome sons. Ron is the average one with Percy begin the least handsome which is why he threw himself into his studies . Ron is gangly ain’t no way he’s hotter then his older brother no matter the au .

Every teenager, if tall, is gangly. That is normal pattern of growth. Your hands and feet grow first and then your limbs, finally your torso. That is why most teenagers look like awkward stick figures with big hands and feet.

That is also the phenomenon responsible for the ugly duckling stereotype, where they grow up and become swans. And that is why teenagers need more support, cause they don’t realise that their awkward gangly self is temporary. This is the time where self esteem and ability to critically appraise is also developing, so it is a particularly depressing time period.

So no, just because Ron Weasley was gangly in his teenage, he was not necessarily ugly. He would have also grown up and filled out.
