Okay, but picture Hermione casting her bird spell and it hitting a Protego, because when Harry saw her about to cast he got between her and Ron because seriously Hermione, WTF?

I did always wonder why Harry wasn’t more shocked by Hermione’s bird attack. I mean, people have hypothesised that (since Harry grew up with the Dursleys abusing him) he wasn’t so shocked by physical violence as others might be, but it does seem odd that he wasn’t at least a little shocked when one of his best friends physically assaulted with other.

It honestly wouldn’t have shocked me if, in the HBP film, it had been revealed that Hermione had been ‘Mad-Eye Moody’ed and that a death eater had been impersonating her for the whole of sixth year.

Hey, you’ve said how much better it would’ve been if Ron and Luna dated in HBP instead of Ron and Lavender even if they didn’t end up together, and i absolutely agree. Do you know of any fics where this happens?

Probably their kiss in the room of requirement during the battle of Hogwarts. I’m a sucker for ‘I’m usually sensible but I can’t hold back my attraction for you’ type of scenarios.

I would recommend not watching Crimes of Grindelwald if you’re planning to.There’s the elf/wizard thing,the inconsistencies,straight up copying the books,the homophobia(it reaches far and wide to not making Dumbledore’s gayness explicit),antisemitism(a jewish character joins Grindelwald who is pretty much a nazi),antiblackness(Leta’s whole character)and probably some other stuff i don’t know yet
