Ron is a good cook – he’s Molly’s son but not only that when he works with George I imagine how much he cooked for them.
He never quite told Harry that he didn’t understand his choice of name in Albus Severus haha.
Ginny and Harry get married before them.
Ron stays fit like as hell. He eats better as he gets older, plays quidditch with the family regularly, general running around after the kids and I like the idea of him taking up running
and maybe ruby but that’s due to my love of rugby players lmao. He also broke his nose several times after the war. Hermione thinks it makes him look rugged. Ginny tells him to get it fixed.They are a very huggy family, that’s mostly due to Ron.
Ron can’t help but spoil the kids
and himselfafter being brought up with money so tight but it’s important to him he teaches them the value of money and hard work.George and Ron employee all the kids at WWW some point or another.He helps Hermione express her emotions in a better way.
Family are the most important thing to him.
He helps his kids cope with being famous.
Ron suffers with nightmares after the war, his family is what gets him through.
Much to Hermione’s dismay he framed their chocolate frog cards together.
Ron is very supportive of Rose and Hugo going to muggle primary school.
He had to learn how to use a computer to pass his theory test for driving and understands them far better than Hermione.
I’d almost argue he ends up more integrated in muggle things than her.One of the only surprises he manages to keep from Hermione is the proposal.
Ron looks ridiculously attractive both in muggle and wizard clothes.
He sees Hermione in work whenever he can. Big events like that are not for him but he is always there to support her.
Ron never understands the female attention he gets, he’s oblivious to it not that it would matter if he noticed it.
His hair stays red in to old age, older than his father at least.

Ron not really
understanding why his older brothers keep going on about girls.Ron getting confused
when all the other boys in their Hogwarts year start talking about crushes, and
who they each like.Harry asking Ron about
who he fancies at the beginning of their fourth year, and Ron earnestly
replying ‘nobody’. Harry looking confused but not bothering Ron over it,
because Ron’s his best mate, and he wouldn’t want to upset him.Ron getting confused
over whether his admiration for Viktor Krum is actually a crush or not. Getting
conflicted because he still doesn’t see anyone in a sexual way, but likes the
idea of being romantic with girls and the occasional boy.Ron explaining this to
Hermione, and Hermione deciding to research into it. They both eventually find
the term ‘asexual’ in a muggle book about sexuality. Ron being amazed that
there is a word for what he is, and confused by the look of barely hidden pain
on Hermione’s face. Ron giving Hermione a hug as a way of saying ‘thank you’,
but also because he’s worried that he’s upset her somehow.Ron going through the
charade of wanting a pretty girl to go with him to the Yule Ball, because
that’s what he thinks most boys would say. Ron not really understanding why
Hermione gets so angry at him over it, but stubbornly trying to act like all
the other boys.Ron started to get
confused over his feelings for Hermione. He definitely likes her, but not in
the way that the other boys talk about girls. He doesn’t really care about what
she looks like, but loving her personality and her intelligence, because he’s
always thought she was awesome.Hermione telling
herself that Ron wouldn’t be interested in her because he’s asexual (not
realising that ‘asexual’ doesn’t equal ‘aromantic’). Ron thinking the same sort
of thing, but getting confused because he clearly likes Hermione.Ron realising during
his relationship with Lavender Brown that he doesn’t mind romantic stuff, but
still not really being interested in girls and boys sexually. Even though he started
going out with Lavender largely to prove to everyone-else that he could act
like what he thinks a ‘normal’ boy should act like, he decides that he likes
kissing and cuddling, but isn’t bothered about other stuff.After him and Hermione
finally become a couple, they struggle for a while over how to reconcile Ron’s
asexuality with their relationship. Eventually they stumble across the identity
of ‘asexual bi-romantic’, which Ron decides is a term that fits him down to the
ground. Hermione being glad that he likes her in a romantic way, and
understanding that he isn’t really interested in her in a sexual way, but still loves her none-the-less. She loves him, and he

being accepted by all his friends and family (Mrs Weasley puts on a massive
party for him after he comes out), and, while he still gets the occasional rude

Headcanon A: realistic: A few months after the war and mourning Fred with his family, Ron goes with Charlie to Romania to figure himself out
Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious: Ron took his dad to a muggle cooking class for his birthday and ended up really loving it and he’s the best cook. Molly is super proud.
Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends: Ron still has a lot of inscurities, they didn’t disappear just cause he and Hermione became a couple and he always has the urge to get away sometimes, and he does, but he always comes back
Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own: Ron doesn’t want to form a family right away, he also doesn’t want a big family, and he’s not straight lmao are we kidding

okay so like we’ve established that ron is good at imitating people right? (all the times he impersonates a student or teacher plus he did a perfect imitation of peter pettigrew’s voice at malfoy manor) so i need everyone to take a second and consider the following
- ron weasley as a successful comedian in the wizarding world, his act consisting of tearing down prejudice in the wizarding world through hard hitting humour and re-enacting personal anecdotes with different characters and voices and both kids and adults love him
- ron weasley as an actor who specialises in improvisation, doing performances every saturday evening where george shuts down the joke shop for a few hours and converts it into a mini theatre for his shows
- ron weasley as a wizarding world radio presenter who has his own show, reading the news, making jokes and writing scripts (with help from hermione) of short stories for kids, with a continuous plot and characters that air every sunday morning.
- ron weasley as a spy for the ministry of magic, working undercover to gain information on death eaters in hiding. he’s great at his job and it pays super well but he quits once him and hermione decide they want kids because the danger is just too high
- ron weasley as the best bedtime story reader ever. unlike most kids, rose and hugo actually look forward to bed-time because their dad tells the greatest stories ever- although they’re constantly fighting over which one he should tell (’daddy i want the one about the princess! do the princess voice!’ ‘no daddy do the dragon roar do the dragon roar!’)
