how about some daddy ron headcanons. i just love the fact that he’s a father now because ron is just so sweet & caring as evidenced by his friendship with harry. he’d be such an amazing dad.

Ron started weeping happily when he held Rose in his arms for the first
time.

Both Rose and Hugo loved Ron reading them bedtime stories. He was really
good at doing all the voices. Hermione used to watch her husband fondly from
the doorway; since he was so wonderful with their kids.

Ron often used to give his kids piggyback rides on the way home from
school (Hermione really wanted them to have some muggle schooling, and Ron
agreed).

Half the mums at Rose’s nursery had a crush on Ron. He was oblivious,
and thought they were just being nice. To be fair to them, most people thought
Ron was adorable around his kids.

Ron sung ‘English Rose’ to Rose every night before she went to sleep,
right up until she went away to Hogwarts.

Ron often brushes Rose and Hugo’s hair for them. They’d inherited their
mothers enormously bushy hair (albeit in vivid red colours), and Hermione knew
from experience that Ron was brilliant at untangling the knots.

Hermione is more of a disciplinarian than Ron is, whereas Ron in the fun
parent.  Ron’s focus was always on his
loved ones, so it made sense when he became a house-husband.

Hermione often came back from a day at the Wizengamot to find Ron
reading their children one of Hermione’s childhood novels while he cooks their
dinner. Her heart melts everytime.

Whenever Rose had a muggle football match at primary school, Ron would
be cheering her on from the sidelines.

Hugo displayed an early aptitude for acting, so Ron would take him to
acting lessons, and watch his performances with happy tears in his eyes.

Hermione would often spend hours just watching Ron having fun with their
kids. He’d often pretend to be a horse so Rose and Hugo could ride on his back.

Ron taught both his children to fly. Rose took to it fairly quickly,
although Hugo was a little shy at first. Within a few weeks, however, all three
of them were happily zooming around (a slightly-wary Hermione would observe
from the ground).  

According to rumour, Hugo was conceived because Hermione got a little… carried away after Ron spent the day
making a new cot for their nursery. Ron can neither confirm nor deny these rumours,
but he goes bright red everytime the matter is mentioned.

Ron Weasley as the best dad ever, everyone.

The Weasley Kids

Rose shares her father’s hair, complexion, sense of humor and love for quidditch but she has her mother’s eyes and her drive to be the best at everything. She loves to be right. She’s an athlete like her aunt and a fierce advocate for the underprivileged like her mother. Attended muggle primary school and played lacrosse before starting at Hogwarts. Makes friends easily, people genuinely like her. 

Hugo has his mother’s unruly hair but his father’s blue eyes. He’s has the intelligence of both his parents but he’s quiet and would rather go unnoticed. He’s not out-going but when he loves, he loves passionately. He tried to go to muggle primary school with Rose but even from a very young age his magic has been unsuppressible and muggles confuse him. He homeschooled with Molly until he started at Hogwarts. His family is incredibly important to him.. even if he does find them a bit too loud. He loves chess like his father and books like his mother. Awkward around people but always kind. Charlie is his favourite uncle.

“at first i hated your mother, and i made her cry by saying ‘no wonder nobody likes her, she’s a nightmare’, but then we saved her from a troll in the bathroom, so we became friends after that”

I think it would be more like; 

“Me and your mum- sorry, luv; “your mother and I”- did not get along at first. I thought she was a snobby smug show-off, and she thought I was a uncouth little twerp- aww, thanks ‘Mione, but don’t lie; I know you couldn’t stand me at first and that’s okay-. We then got on each others’ nerves during a Charms class- Rosie, do like your mother says and avoid being rude about other people’ spells- but then we beat that troll and became friends. It took us a while to get past our pre-established impressions of each-other, and we both realised how much more we were than ‘the youngest Weasley boy and the brainy know-it-all’.” *kisses Hermione on the cheek, making her blush*

“Hold still, Daddy!” Hermione cooed as she attached yet another adhesive bow to Ron’s forehead, careful to avoid the mess of paper and ribbon lying atop his hair, while their fifteen-month-old daughter giggled on her lap.

“Daddy!” Rose squealed in agreement, swatting at his wrapping paper covered leg with a tiny fist.

“What does Daddy look like, Rosie? Does he look like a present?” Hermione encouraged. Rose had started to say words like “Mummy” and “Daddy” just before her first birthday, and ever since they’d been trying to get her to say as many as possible. Ron was determined she would be the cleverest in her year when she got to Hogwarts, just like her mummy. While Hermione might have scolded him for saying so, she still insisted they read Rose no less than three bedtime stories every evening.

“Yeah, Rosie, what do I look like?” Ron asked, pulling a silly face for his daughter’s sake. His heart felt fuller, somehow, when she giggled even louder.

“Blue!” she exclaimed, batting at the ribbon Hermione had stuck on his right forearm.

“That’s right, Rosie, the ribbon is blue!” Hermione gushed, planting a kiss on the top of Rose’s head.

Hello Again!! I’m the same guy who wrote the hidden secrets AU headcanon and the movie nights headcanon. I’m back with another AU headcanon about Romione called voice of an angel. Hope you enjoy!!

Voice of an angel

  • The biggest secret of his entire life was that Ron loved singing and he would write songs in his spare time.
  • He loved singing in the shower and loved composing lyrics while tending to the garden. But he never told anyone his secret not even Harry and Hermione.
  • Out of all the songs he wrote, Ron’s favourite was a song called “wishing I was in your arms” dedicated to Hermione
  • The night of the Yule ball he decides to perform that song in front of everyone and the whole school loved his voice.
  • Ron suddenly became famous and was asked by a wizarding record label  to record the songs he has written.
  • Ron’s 5th year happens and the first album drops. It’s called “loving a know-it-all”. Hermione is shocked when Ron says that the song “wishing I was in your arms” was for her and not Fleur.
  • Ron and Hermione fall in love at the end of 5th year and Ron takes her as inspiration to write new songs
  • In sixth year Ron travels all over Wizarding London to perform with Hermione by his side
  • In seventh year Ron’s second album “UNDESIRABLE no.2”  hits top charts despite Voldemort’s reign
  • In 1999 Ron’s third album “Victory” is dedicated to Fred
  • Ron’s next single “Locket” hits top charts again
  • After Ron marries Hermione he releases his fourth album called “Swish and Flick” dedicated to Hermione and considered to be his best album.
  • Years later, Ron comes out of singing retirement to make one last album-“Loves of my life”-dedicated to Rose, Hugo, Harry, and Hermione.

Hermione: Yes. Although one plus side of the danger was that I finally lost my self-control and snogged your father senseless-
