In the sixth book there comes a paragraph that says that even though Harry liked Tonks well enough, he found her kinda annoying. I wonder why? She was always helpful to him, kind, funny and smart. Not to mention an Auror (a profession he respected the most). It really made me wonder why did he think that. It also made me a little irritated with Harry.

Because if they werent Ron, Hermione, and Sirius, he usually found people annoying lol.
Idk. Maybe he didnt like that she was so clumsy or something. I really dont see a reason why anyone would find Tonks annoying, but that’s just me lol.
Imagine going away for a summer and returning home to find some random chick in your inner circle, laughing at inside jokes with your best friends. You’d feel a type of way about her too.
Am I missing something here? I don’t remember remember Harry narrating that he found Tonks annoying. I always thought he liked her well enough. And were the order really Harry’s inner circle? I would say that was more Ron and Hermione (and then Ginny, Neville and Luna).
I wasn’t really taking about the order. I was reffering to this

Opposite Harry, Tonks was entertaining Hermione and Ginny by transforming her nose between mouthfuls… Apparently this was a regular mealtime entertainment, because after a while Hermione and Ginny started requesting their favorite noses.
That scene at dinner proves to Harry was right, they were having a good time with out him… with Tonks.
Fair point. Although I don’t think Harry directly linked that to Tonks. I always thought he just meant ‘together’ as in ‘Ron, Hermione and the other Weasley siblings’.
