Is it normal to not be affected by a death of someone you love? like at all, my cat was hit by a car yesterday and I just feel so indifferent??
I’m not really sure, to be honest. Everyone deals with death in different ways; some people are heavily affected by it, others are not. Neither is intrinsically better or worse than the other; it depends on how the person in-question is processing things.
I’ve heard that sometimes there can be a delayed reaction to the death of a loved one, and that (in those cases) it can take a while to process things.
Don’t feel obligated to ‘act’ like you feel people expect you to act. Everyone processes these things differently, and there isn’t anything wrong with working things out in your time and in your own way.
I hope that helped, anon; and my condolences for the death of your cat.
going homeless yet again
i got into some severe arguments that quickly escalated into fights and my mom is giving me until daylight for me to leave because i’m too “crazy” but yet this cunt of a mother has done nothing but hurt me.
i have some money in my bank account but idk if it will sustain me in the long run.
paypal is pomeranian-prince@outlook.
So…I’m offically homeless and I am going to need help. I will need money for uber (to travel and get to class), clean clothes, shelter and food.
Any help is appreciated.
I haven’t gotten any money but I do want to thank you guys for the support and reblogs.
Harry: Hey Luna, would you like a tea or coffee?
Luna: Yes could I have a half and half please?
Harry: …. Sorry?
Luna: Like, can I have tea in the bottom half of the mug and then coffee in the top half of the mug please
Harry: Oh
Harry: Right
Luna: I started drinking it about 18 months ago, I call it a toffee or a key
Luna: But you can’t ask for that in a cafe because they just bring you a toffee
Luna: Or a key
I love ‘Gavin and Stacey’ references in my HP content. 🙂
Hey I dont know if this question is irrelevant or not but do u know how I can find a beta reader bcoz i really searched a lot but it seems like everyone’s a Dramione fan. So if there’s anything you can do out of the good of ur heart. I would be greatful.
Hello! No, that’s a great question to ask.
Have you tried betabooks.com? I got recommended it by a mutual, and you use it to find beta readers that match the stuff you’re writing.
Now, I haven’t personally tried it out yet, but I’ve heard some good things.
Can anyone-else give any recommendations for beta readers?
Thanks for the ask, @bep0psstuff!

… a boy who was kind, and honest, and brave, and true. right to the very end.
ron weasley is such a pure and precious boy, i love him
Yeah except for half the books where he was being a moody jerk
‘Half the books’? Bit of a stretch. Ron gets moody (as in, so much that he stops speaking to them) with Harry two times, and three times with Hermione.
One of those times is when a literal piece of Voldemort’s soul is attacking him with his greatest fears and insecurities. I think we can drop him some slack for that.
As for more mild moodiness, that happens when;
- His family/lack of wealth is mocked or ridiculed
- His feelings for Hermione result in jealousy
- Someone has explicitly ignored him in favour of one or both of his best friends
Half the books? I think somewhere between 5% and 8% of the books is probably more accurate.
Ron’s a teenager. They get moody, even when they aren’t struggling with extreme insecurities, bodily harm directed at their nearest-and-dearest, and death all around them.
The whole point about Ron’s character is that (while he does make mistakes) he learns from them and becomes a better person, as well as doing other things that more than make up for his bad decisions.
Its a great day to love Ronald Weasley
everyday is a great day to love ron weasley
